Process

We are passionate about crafting bespoke designs that perfectly match your vision and requirements. Explore our innovative solutions that blend aesthetic appeal with practicality, ensuring that each space is not only beautiful but also functional.

DPG DESIGN PROCESS

It all starts with design!

1. Initial Consultation

The process begins with a one-on-one consultation with one of our award-winning DPG Designers. During this meeting, we explore your vision, goals, and ideas for the project, ensuring a shared understanding of what you want to achieve.

2. Design Agreement

Following the consultation, a design agreement will be provided if necessary. Once approved, the design process officially begins with a follow-up consultation to discuss ideas, refine the budget, and gather site measurements.

3. Design Process

Using the insights from the initial consultations, the designer develops a custom design that reflects your feedback and expectations. Once the first concepts are ready, they are shared with you to confirm alignment and make any adjustments to perfect the vision.

4. Final Design

After you and the designer agree on the direction, the final plan is presented, complete with a detailed budget and project scope. This ensures everyone is aligned and ready to move forward with a design tailored to your vision.

Building Your Dream Landscape

1. Pre-Construction Planning

Before work begins, we contact the Utility Service Agency to confirm the location of all utilities on the property. A detailed walk-through follows, bringing together the Designer, Project Manager, and Foreman to align on the project scope and expectations.

2. Job Start

We prepare the site by staging equipment and materials in accordance with local ordinances. A porta-potty is delivered to ensure compliance, and all logistics are organized for smooth operations.

3. Installation

Demolition, grading, and removal of unnecessary items kick off the installation phase. The project is executed under the supervision of both the Foreman and Project Manager, with the Designer serving as the primary point of contact and liaison with the operations team.

4. Completion of Project

Once the project is finished, we conduct a final walk-through with you to ensure all expectations outlined in the contract have been met. At completion, we provide you with all relevant paperwork, including operation manuals and warranties, ensuring a smooth handover and lasting satisfaction.
